  1. Roy McCarthy says:

Can’t argue with any of those. My indifference to inspirational quotes is that those that most need to read them either never do, or they don’t absorb the messages.

  2. heimdalco says:

Wonderful signs … truthful & inspirational. The last one was very close to home. Having breast cancer was a huge wake-up call & it really DID start a second life for me. Enjoyed these very much.

  3. Priti says:

All the signs are excellent and beautiful quote! Well shared thanks👌🥰

  4. Bernie says:

Another saying in the same spirit is “When you can be anything, be kind”!

  5. Love these signs. Thanks for sharing!

  6. Wynne Leon says:

I love these signs – they are wonderful! The Confusius one reminds me of the quote from Mark Twain – “The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” Wonderful post! Thank you, Jane!

  7. Thank you for sharing these gems!

    • They are gems, indeed, I’m glad someone paused to capture them, and double thanks to you for compiling and sharing them with us. Someone shared a sign with me once that said “Life lessons will continue until they are learned”…

      • Jane Fritz says:

Many thanks. Yes, that’s another sign/quote that needs to be more widely shared. Wouldn’t it be great if inspirational or thought provoking quotes were featured on public signs when unexpected, and then changed from time to time?! Perhaps in areas of regular traffic congestion!

    • Jane Fritz says:

We need more public signs like these, don’t we?!

  8. My fave is the one about opinions. Wouldn’t the world be such a better place of there were less of them in it?

  9. Words of wisdom, indeed! And from sidewalk signs.
