Observations about our relationship with food continue to appear regularly in my social media feeds. Here are a few favourites that I’ve been saving up. Do any of them offer you any reassurance as to your own preferred eating habits?!
Reviewing all these has made me hungry. I’d better grab myself some chocolate to ward off the fate of the dinosaurs! 😉
Yes, yes! I’m with you about chocolate and the dinosaurs. My philosophy is, never a day without chocolate.

I’m pleased to know that you also take seriously the lessons we’ve been taught by those dinosaurs, Laurie!

The chocolate one I replace with gin!
For me it has to be the Grandma one. My son and daughter say “you weren’t like that with us”!!
A wide variety in moderation is my usual chant. 😀

Lol. I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs hadn’t figured out how to distill gin, but it’s an intriguing thought! The difference between grandma rules and mom rules are one of my favourite things about being a grandma! 😊

Hilarious! Love the one about the kale and coconut oil. How many well-intentioned meals have I made that go right to the compost bin? 🙂 Thanks for the Monday morning laugh, Jane!
